At school for reading, we have been looking at a website called kiwi kids news there is a question to answer so for a task we have to answer these questions witch as you can see these are the questions.

desert island

 

This week We have been doing a Minecraft task where you have to build what you would want to build on a desert Island I built an underwater house for people to stay in. I also built a nice house for me and oscar. And built an electricity system. We have an electricity system so we can keep the elevators working the house is used for a place to stay the night the underwater house is for people to stay when their visiting costs 1 netherite ingot for a night in the underwater house has a nice view to an underwater monument yes we spawned near an underwater monument it was pretty cool at the start but then when I Found out there where no mobs it sucked we were told that we had to choose 2 things to build but we think we built more than 2 things.

Have you noticed the dog poo around town.

 

Have you noticed the dog poop around Hokitika that people haven't picked up? Because I have, people don't pick up their dog's poo and they are leaving it for people to step in. So if you live in Hokitika and have a dog then please pick up your dogs poo. It's like a minefield out there littered with mini dog bombs. I hope you have a look at the newspaper article in the Hokitika Guardian "Reminder to pick up after your dog poo" August 30 2021. This problem has got worse over lockdown, perhaps we should have a dog park to take our dogs with bags provided to keep it clean.

My daffodil project

 This is the Daffodil Day Project I did. I drew lots of tall, tall daffodils and a tree with a beehive and an owl in it. I put it in the window so people can see it and donate to the West Coast Cancer Society.

My pet Poppy

 

This morning we had a Lock Down Pet Day I showed my dog, Poppy. She is a Miniature Schnauzer, she is 4 years old and her favorite thing to do is bark at everyone that would walk past, eating time and she also likes walks on the beach.

My donuts using the donut maker from last lockdown

 

For lunchtime, I made some donuts First I preheated the oven to 190'c then grabbed the sifter and started sieving the flour and mixed spice and I don't want to make you bored so I'll just skip to the end and after a lot of mixing Ingredients, we made some yummy donuts. When they were cooked I covered them in sugar.
